To those of you who have volunteered or are bringing in donations we would like to thank you ahead of time. Without the dedication of the parents we would never be able to host a home show.  With that being said please see some of the details below for Saturday.    

Drop off of Donations:

  • Someone will be at practice on Thursday from 6-9 to collect donations or..
  • We will be at BMR at 9:00 AM on Saturday to collect donations.


  • We can not get onto the field in Medway until 1:30ish.  


9:00 – Some Set up staff will report to BMR to organize and start to pack supplies
12:30 – Start to move supplies to Medway
1:30 – Start to set up tables/ tents/ etc.
2:00 – 4:30 – Band will be practicing on the field
4:00 –  Parking lot attendants and greeters arrive
4:00 – 4:30 – Anticipated first band arrives
4:30 – Other volunteers arrive
4:30 – 5:30 – Decorate/ set up assigned area if needed.
6:00 – National anthem

  • We will be identifying point people at each station for communication purposes!
