2023 Craft Fair Application

Thank you for applying to be part of the 2023 BMMA Holiday Craft Fair!

This year’s fair will be held at Blackstone-Millville Regional High School on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023 from 10:00am – 2:00pm.

The cost is $40 for a 10′ x 6′ space without electricity and $50 for spaces with electricity. Spaces with electricity are limited and will go fast!

Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received. We ask that you please not send any payment until you have received confirmation that you have been accepted into the show. We will provide you with both check and online payment information at that time.

The event will be held indoors, however, in the event that it needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather, the snow date will be on Sunday, December 3, 2023. *

Vendors must bring table and chairs. These will not be provided. Tables must be 10' x 6'. No more than 2 chairs. *

Vendors must remain for the entirety of the event, which will conclude at 3:00pm. *

No lunch will be available, however, there will be snacks and beverages available for purchase. *

The entrance used for set-up has a measurement of 3' wide. Although it is a double door, there is a metal bar down the middle. Members of the Blackstone-Millville Music Association will be at the doors when you arrive to show you to your assigned space. *

Once BMMA confirms your acceptance as a craft vendor, payment must be received within 2 weeks. *

No refunds will be given unless craft fair is cancelled by BMMA. *
