Attention families of students previously marching in the D.C. parade.
The travel company, MCI (Music Celebrations International) finally reached out to Mr. Shafer yesterday afternoon with details regarding the refund to families. It is now clear that there will not be a full refund. With that being said, the amount they offered for a refund was insulting and severely insufficient. Mr. Shafer and Dr. DeFalco have actively been in communication with MCI in the last 24 hours and progress has been made, but still not to the level of being acceptable for the music families here at BMR.
