In order to keep costs to a minimum, we ask volunteers to bring certain materials to the show for us to use. Please clearly label all the items that you let us borrow, so we can make sure that you get your items back.
For this year’s show in Bellingham, we need the following items:
- 9 or 10 Canopy tents – The easy-up canopies are the best
- 19 or 20 folding tables- The light weight gray plastic ones are preferred.
- 3 or 4 outdoor extension cords
Again, please put your name on all items that you let us borrow, and we will make sure to get your things back to you.
