Our first Gillette event of the season is here!

As the new season is upon us please note an upcoming change. Bonnie Holbrook has volunteered to take over the Gillette coordination!

All Gillette correspondence for reserving a volunteer spot, parking info and times will now be handled by Bonnie. Bonnie’s email address is [email protected]

A total of 10 volunteers have been requested and these events are the best for first time volunteers OR previous volunteers that would like to learn something new.

  • Sunday, March 24th for a Revolution Soccer Game
  • Italian Sausage Booth IS111; carpool time to BMR parking lot next to trailer is noon; report time to Gillette is 1 pm and the game starts at 4 pm

If you can help and would like to join Bonnie and I on March 24th simply email [email protected] as soon as possible! We must submit a minimum of 6 people by the 14th or lose the booth.

Please remember this is a PROFIT SHARING event which means every and all music students get $25.00 per volunteer into their account that can be used for fees EXCLUDING user fees for the school. In addition the other funds raised go to directly to BMMA and have a major impact on the music organization. Let’s keep this program strong and strive for 100% fulfillment this year!

For additional information on Gillette or other areas of BMMA fundraising and how BMMA impacts the community please join us during the General Meeting next week on Tuesday the 12th at BMR auditorium at 6:30 pm.
