Timeline for Saturday, September 22, 2018
(BMR)10:00 – 12:30 Gather all home show materials and pack them for transporting to Medway. Anyone who wants to help with setting up for the show should meet at BMR around 10:00 – 10 30. We will probably need several vehicles for transporting materials.
Anyone who is lending items (tents, tables, etc) can deliver them to BMR between 10:00 and 11:30. Please make sure someone on the set-up crew knows who dropped off what item and that it is labeled with the owner’s name, so we can get it back to you. If it is easier for you, you can also bring items directly to Medway high between 1:00 and 2:30. If you do, please make sure that your name is on it, there will be lots of canopies and grey tables, and they all look alike. So please put your name on your stuff. I have residue-free duct tape and Sharpies that can be used to label items if you prefer not to write directly on your property.
