The end of last week a packet went home with all high school band students from Mr. Shafer. In it were details about the proposed Washington, D.C. Band Trip over the 2020 Memorial Day weekend (May 22 – 25).
In that packet was a proposed itinerary and a explanation letter with a form that MUST be returned by October 4th if your child is planning to attend. NO MONEY IS DUE AT THIS TIME. A payment schedule is included in the letter.
