Urgent request for volunteers at Gillette in August!
As of right now, we have nobody signed up to work any of the August events at Gillette. We urgently need to staff concession booths for the following dates:
- Wednesday 8/4 Revs game (call time at Gillette is 4pm)
- Monday 8/12 Patriots Preseason game (call time at Gillette is 3pm)
- Wednesday 8/18 Revs game (call time at Gillette is 4pm)
- Saturday 8/21 Revs game (call time at Gillette is 5pm)
The funds received from Gillette are a huge help to all of the music programs in the BMR School District, and we really need help to keep this volunteer program going.

July 2021 Calendar Fundraiser Reminder
Good Afternoon Marching Band Parents & Guardians!
This message is a reminder that time is running short on the July Calendar fundraiser that was sent home with each band member at the end of June.
If you are asking, “What calendar fundraiser?”, we understand! Sometimes things have a way of getting lost between school and home. If that has happened here, not to worry. There is still time to participate and we’ve included a link to the fundraiser calendar and instructions below.

Fundraising to help offset the significant costs of running the band program is super important, especially as we try to recover from the losses during the worst of the pandemic. Please encourage your marching band member to solicit donations before July runs out. Even if everyone just does a little, it adds up to a lot.

Urgent call for volunteers at Gillette
Urgent call for volunteers at Gillette Wednesday, July 7 for the Revolutions game against Toronto. We will be working in a Stadium Pizza Booth, so we need 12 people total to volunteer. Call time is 4pm at Gillette. We only have 3 people signed up so far, so we really need as many people as possible! Please contact Bonnie at [email protected].
Gillette Stadium Volunteers Needed
Volunteers needed for Wednesday, July 7 for the Revolution game against Toronto. We will be working in a Stadium Pizza Booth, so we need 12 people total to volunteer. Call time is 4pm at Gillette.
We also need to start staffing for the Revolution game against Nashville on 8/4 and the Revolution game against DC United on 8/18. Both of these events are Wednesdays and call time is 4pm.
We haven’t been given our official assignments for the Football season yet, but I do see that the first pre-season football game is on Thursday, August 12, so this is something else we will need to start staffing as well.

These are profit sharing events, and more importantly, all events at Gillette are a huge support for the Music Association in general, as it comprises the majority of the budget for the Music Program.
