Schedule for Saturday 9/18 Marching Band
Here is the schedule for Saturday 9/18.
IMPORTANT: Practice is now at BMR and NOT at Millville Elementary School.
Report time: 10 AM @ BMR High School
Practice: 10:15 – 1:45
Load, lunch, change: 1:45 – 2:30
Depart: 2:30ish
Perform: 6:30
Eat dinner: 7 – 8
Depart Meriden, CT: 8 PM
Arrive at BMR: 9:45
Note: After arriving back at BMR, students will still need to change out of their uniforms.
Also, students need to bring TWO meals, lunch AND a dinner.
Marching Band pins are in!
Marching band pins are in and can be picked up from Mrs. Shafer at the drop-off for marching band practice on Saturday morning (9/18) at BMR High School (the practice location moved after the original post went out today).

Due to the lack of volunteer participation at our Gillette Stadium events, our funds are running lower than a normal year.
With that in mind we need your help in preparing for the home show to ensure its success.
Donations Needed
We need bags of Halloween candy for Candy Grams.
We need larger candy bars, Cans of Soda, Gatorade, Water for our snack booth.
** Please bring these items to the school by September 21st **

Good Afternoon!
The location for practice has been changed for Saturday 9/11/21. We will now be practicing on the field at Millville Elementary School.
Schedule for Bethel, CT Show on 9/11/21
Here is the schedule for Saturday:
Report time: 10:15 AM
Practice: 10:30 – 1:00 PM
Lunch/load truck: 1 – 1:45
Depart BMR: 1:45
Arrive at Bethel: 4:30
Perform: 6:30 PM
Clinic with judge: 6:45 – 7:15
Depart Bethel: 7:45
Arrive at BMR: 10:30 PM
At this time we are hoping to practice at BMR but that is currently awaiting confirmation. We will send out another announcement when that has been confirmed.
