June 16 General Meeting Reminder
A reminder that the BMMA will hold a General Meeting on Thursday the 16th @ 6:30pm at the high school. Come meet the new board and learn all that we are doing for the upcoming school year. We hope to see you there!

Goodstuff & 5th Grade Concert Reminder for June 9th
A reminder that we have two great events coming up on Thursday, June 9th.
The first is our Goodstuff Smokehouse fundraiser. This was a huge success a few months ago thanks to your support! Event runs from 4pm – 9pm. Please come out and support the BMMA and the band program with a great meal!
Second, the 5th Graders will be playing their concert at 7pm in the High School auditorium. These kids are the future of our program, so come down and cheer them on! BMMA will be providing refreshments.
We hope to see you at both events!

Please note that not all events have a call time at this moment. There are a few additional events that we have not been assigned to, if you are interested in these events please reach out to me and if we get enough people to form a booth I will do my best to get us on the gate list!
As always, we will happily welcome any additional friends or family that would be interested in taking part in these events. Your time and theirs goes towards making the band program a success, not just for your student but all the children in our schools!

Garth Brooks Concert Volunteer Opportunity
Hello everyone!
I wanted to get an idea as to how many of you would be interested in volunteering for the Garth Brooks concert on Saturday May 21st. I am hoping we can get at least 10 people to fill our booth. As we have learned in the last 2 events, we can make it work with less but more is always merrier! The call time will be 2pm and the concert kicks off at 7pm. I expect this to be a late night of music with great people!
