The BMMA will once again be holding a Savers Fundraiser this June. It will be run a little differently than in previous years, so please note the following:

This year will be SOFT GOODS ONLY. That means clothing such as shirts, pants, dresses, jackets, hats, gloves, etc. Absolutely no books, furniture, toys, games or any other “hard goods” will be accepted.

All clothing must be clean without stains or rips. If it is worn out, please throw it away. Our ability to continue to work with Savers requires that we provide them saleable items.

Please put everything in large plastic bags for easy handling. After all of the collection days, BMMA volunteers will be loading everything into cars and onto trailers to bring it to Savers. Loose items will make that much more difficult.

There will be multiple drop-off dates, including:

  • Wednesday, June 9th prior to the 6pm High School & 5th Grade concert
  • Thursday, June 10th prior to the 6pm Middle School Concert
  • Saturday, June 12th from 9am – 12pm
  • Tuesday, June 15th any time during marching band practice from 6 – 9
  • Thursday, June 17th anytime during marching band practice from 6 – 9

Please come round to the band door at the back of the High School to drop-off. If no one is there, you may leave your donation on the grass between the shed and walkway to the band door.
